Hotel Rules



Check-in - Check-out



Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early check-in: 11:00 AM (+50 lei/room)
Late check-out: 2:00 PM (+50 lei/room)

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Depending on hotel occupancy, we can offer the possibility of early arrival or late departure for a fee. If a guest wishes to occupy the room before 7:00 AM on the day of arrival, the full room rate for the previous night will be charged. The fee for late departure, after 12:00 PM, is 50 lei per started hour per room, and after 6:00 PM, the full room rate for one night will be charged.

Resort Fee (Tourist Tax - TT)



Our listed prices include VAT.

Meals



Buffet breakfast: served in our hotel restaurant.

Smoking



All hotel rooms are air-conditioned and non-smoking.

Pet Accommodation



The hotel can accommodate pets in a limited number and under certain conditions, subject to prior arrangement, for a fee of 100 lei / pet / night (approx. 20 EUR). We do not provide meals for pets. Please note that pets are not allowed in the hotel's wellness area.

Parking



Our hotel has a secure underground parking garage monitored by cameras, where guests can safely park their vehicles. The parking fee for hotel guests is 35 lei/vehicle.

Internet



Unlimited wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel. Reservation Information

Your reservation will always be confirmed in writing (through the provided phone number), and it is considered final only after this confirmation.

Guarantee



To guarantee the room reservation, we require the provision of credit card details.

General Cancellation Conditions



Any individual room reservation can be cancelled without penalty until 4:00 PM, two days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show by the Guest, the cost for one night will be charged.

General Payment Conditions



Payment for ordered services can be made on-site in cash, by credit card, or by bank transfer based on an invoice sent by email. Other payment methods available on-site include vacation cards.

Taxes



The prices listed include VAT. If there are changes in the VAT legislation, our prices may change without prior notice.

What does online booking on our hotel's website mean?



You can immediately send your reservation online at the prices seen here, and we will confirm your reservation immediately after sending. We guarantee that the prices listed on our site are the best prices of our hotel.

What payment methods are available?



We offer the following options for paying for your reservation: cash, bank transfer, credit card, vacation card.

What types of credit cards are accepted at the hotel?



Maestro, Mastercard, VISA.

How can the deposit be paid?



The specified amount in the confirmation (deposit) can be paid by bank transfer.

Is online payment possible at the time of booking?



Yes, on our hotel's website, you have the option to pay the full amount online with a credit card.

What does it mean to guarantee a room reservation?



Cancellation and payment conditions for certain promotions may differ from the standard. If we ask you to guarantee the room reservation at the time of booking, please provide your credit card details or fulfill the prepayment condition specified for the particular reservation. The confirmation becomes effective once the requested deposit or credit card guarantee is received by the specified deadline in the confirmation.

What conditions apply in case of cancellation?



Any individual room reservation can be cancelled without penalty until 2:00 PM, two days before arrival. For cancellations made one day before arrival, until 2:00 PM, 50% of one night's room rate is payable. Late cancellation or no-show by the Guest will result in a charge for one night's room rate. Do special conditions apply to bookings for promotional packages?



For bookings of special promotions or packages, unique booking, payment, and cancellation conditions may apply. These conditions will be published at the time of the promotion.

What prices are valid for group bookings?

What booking conditions apply for groups?



For bookings that include at least 7 rooms or 15 persons, special booking, payment, and cancellation conditions apply, about which we will inform you in our offer.
