Located on the second floor, Hotel Concordia’s conference room was designed for corporate meetings, seminars, product launches, workshops and other events dedicated to a smaller audience.

With a capacity for group sizes up to 60 people, the conference room is a versatile space which can be easily adapted to any kind of event. Among its facilities we count video projector, projection screen, flip chart, microphone, markers, unlimited Wi-Fi access, but also customized support throughout the entire event.

Paying attention to detail, Hotel Concordia’s staff is an indispensable help when it comes to organizing events, offering you a delicious coffee break and 5 preset menus for the lunch break. The coffee or lunch breaks can be organized in the hotel’s generous lounge next to the conference room, a space with plenty of natural light, furnished with 4 round tables and comfortable armchairs, ideal for socializing or more intimate meetings.

We emphasize customer satisfaction, therefore all the menus can be customized to suit the gastronomic preferences of your guests.
